Terms

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 20, 2026

These terms apply to the Grindworks root site and products operated by Grindworks, unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.

Agreement

By using a Grindworks website or product, you agree to these terms. If you are using a product for a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Products and accounts

Grindworks builds and operates B2B software products, including products on *.grindworks.ai and other domains such as practiq.dev. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the services to break laws, infringe rights, or process data you are not allowed to process.
  • Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, billing limits, or access restrictions.
  • Do not submit malware, secrets you cannot share, or regulated data unless a written agreement covers it.
  • Do not use generated outputs to mislead customers, impersonate others, or make unsupported claims.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Grindworks the rights needed to host, process, transform, display, and transmit that content to operate the product and provide requested outputs.

AI outputs and evidence

Products may generate drafts, analysis, summaries, reports, campaign material, or other outputs. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use. Where a product labels evidence quality, source status, or risk, those labels are operational aids and not professional advice.

Payments

Paid products may use Stripe or another payment provider. Fees, plan limits, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown in the relevant product. Taxes may apply. Unless a product page or written agreement says otherwise, payments are non-refundable after service is provided.

Beta and availability

Some Grindworks products are early-stage or actively changing. Features can be added, changed, limited, or discontinued. We aim to keep products reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Third-party services

Products may connect to or rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payments, email, databases, analytics, AI routing, or user-requested integrations. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

No professional advice

Grindworks products can help with research, workflow, evidence collection, and drafting. They do not provide legal, financial, tax, audit, compliance, security, or other professional advice. Review important decisions with qualified professionals.

Intellectual property

Grindworks owns the websites, software, design, documentation, and product names, except for third-party materials and user content. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the services except where permitted by law or by a separate written agreement.

Disclaimer and liability

The services are provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grindworks disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
