Who we are

Grindworks is operated by SD Keum. Current products include SwitchSignal and Practiq. You can reach us at seungdo@grindworks.ai.

Information we collect

• Contact details you provide, such as name, email, company, role, and message content.
• Account information for products you sign into, including authentication identifiers and workspace settings.
• Product data you submit, such as watched URLs, campaign inputs, uploaded workflow materials, or feedback.
• Billing and subscription status from payment processors. We do not store raw card numbers.
• Technical records such as IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, timestamps, errors, and security logs.

How we use information

• Operate and secure the websites, products, accounts, subscriptions, and support workflows.
• Generate or improve product outputs requested by users.
• Respond to inquiries, vendor reviews, product feedback, and support requests.
• Understand which pages and workflows are working so we can improve the products.
• Prevent abuse, investigate reliability issues, and comply with legal obligations.

AI and submitted content

Some products use AI providers to generate user-requested outputs. We send only the content needed to perform that product action. Avoid submitting secrets, regulated personal data, or material you do not have permission to process unless a separate written agreement covers it.

Service providers

Grindworks products may use providers for hosting, DNS, databases, authentication, email, analytics, payments, observability, and AI routing. Current infrastructure can include Vercel, Cloudflare, Supabase, Stripe, Google OAuth, Cloudflare Email Service, Resend, OpenRouter, and product analytics tools.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the product, maintain business records, resolve disputes, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. You can request account or contact-data deletion at seungdo@grindworks.ai.

Your choices

• You can unsubscribe from non-transactional email.
• You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information where applicable.
• You can choose not to provide optional information, though some product workflows may not work without it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for a small software studio, including hosted infrastructure controls, access restrictions, HTTPS, and operational logging. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

Changes

We may update this policy as products, infrastructure, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top shows when the current version took effect.
